This is a quote by Theodore B. Olson, from his Newsweek article "The Conservative Case for Gay Marriage." Olson represented Bush in Bush vs. Gore and is a well-respected Republican. Now he's attempting to overturn Prop 8 in the lawsuit Parry vs Schwarzenegger. It's very interesting to hear his case for gay marriage.
