On Tuesday, I went back to the Seattle Tilth Good Shepherd Center garden for the first time in over a month. The garden is looking great!

Here is Granddaddy Lavendar, looking fine.

The sunflowers are starting to bloom.

Here is a little pumpkin.

The spud sacks we planted are doing great. S. says they grew a foot last week.

D.'s Iraqi tomatoes are fruiting!

Even these unprotected-by-footies apples are looking rosy and plump.

M. and D. planted this bed while I was gone - a three sisters bed: corn, squash, and beans.
