A project I would really like to complete:
1) Take a photo of myself, naked.
2) Record what I eat every day for 1 month.
3) Record what kind of exercise I got every day for that same month.
4) Take another photo of myself, naked, at the end of the month to see if I look differently.
There might be better results after 6 months, but just one month of that sounds exhausting, which is probably a good indication of what sort of a worker I am. Not a hard one, I might venture.
Other explorations into being conscious of what I consume are also interesting to me. For example, not eating for one week would be incredible. I don't think I could probably do it without some heady preparations, honestly.
